Our industry leading infrastructure includes integrated HR services, legal support, training, reporting systems, recruiting, purchasing, credentialing, compliance and in-house IT support. We manage all aspects of revenue cycle management, including coding, billing, and benefits investigations. We also drive patient acquisition via marketing campaigns (to grow your patient base and increase brand awareness).

Our 100% dedicated, in-house call center handles more than 160,000 patient calls per year. Call center staff have specialized training to be the front line in handling all patient calls, so interactions with patients are more effective and seamless, with the end-goal of keeping patients satisfied, schedules full and your clinic staff focused on the patients already at your location.

Transaction process

Our process is simple, flexible, and transparent. We move forward at the pace you are most comfortable. The result? A positive transition in which you can dedicate your focus to patient care and feel confident leaving the business headaches to our experienced team.

Our three-phase process is designed to move smoothly and at your pace with minimal distraction. It is collaborative and flexible to fit your needs:

Phase I
Introduction & Initial Assessment

Learn about our business model, the resources and support provided to all our physicians, and the benefits of partnership. Get to know the WFAI management team and our supported doctors. We will learn about your practice, your goals for practice transition, and what you personally are looking to do next in your career. We can share information confidentially and will assess the value of your practice.

Phase II
Due Diligence & Fit

If we both agree that a partnership makes sense, we will make an offer for your practice and structure a deal that works for you. Once we reach a confirmation of mutual interest and outline preliminary terms, we can sign a Letter of Intent and move forward.

Phase III
Closing & Integration

We will work expeditiously to close the transaction and ensure a smooth integration into our organization, so you can reap the benefits of the partnership quickly. Our team will be very proactive in guiding your staff and the practice through the transition. Our integration team will be on site daily to guide you through the process. You will receive payment for your practice promptly and can continue to treat your patients every day as we work together to grow your business.
