About Dr. Neubauer
Board Certified Podiatrist
Dr. Elizabeth Neubauer earned her doctorate in podiatric medicine (DPM) in 2017 and has since completed numerous specialty courses in orthopedics and arthroscopy.
Like many people who are drawn to podiatry and sports medicine, Dr. Neubauer is an athlete herself. She is a former USA Gymnastics State Champion in Michigan, former University of Michigan Cheerleader has run the Twin Cities Marathon, and a former Pure Barre instructor. Dr. Neubauer understands firsthand the critical role foot and ankle care play in the performance of any athlete – from a serious marathon runner to a casual jogger.
Like all our podiatrists, Dr. Neubauer employs a consultative approach to medicine. Her favorite part about being a podiatrist is empowering patients to make informed decisions about their own healthcare. She believes most ailments can be cured without surgery (though she is a skilled surgeon herself).
When she isn’t treating patients, she still likes to stay active. Some of her favorite hobbies include skiing and running. She’s also an avid traveler and reader.
