Recently had foot surgery with Dr. Alexander and so far am very happy with the whole experience. His assistant Jessica has been very responsive and Dr. Alexander and his team were very informative - answering all my questions along the way. Dr. Alexander and his team went into details with me and explained why surgery was the option to correct my foot issues. He is very professional and takes the time to explain everything that would be done in surgery. I've recommended Dr. Alexander and Weil Foot & Ankle Institute to another colleague who is having an issue with her foot.
I visited Weil for initial consultation and I couldn’t be more more pleased with my experience at their Oak Park location. Everything was so organized, from reception to their waiting room where all safety protocols were observed. At the consultation room, I met with several staff including the resident physician, who were all extremely professional and courteous and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Then Dr Jeffery Alexander came and after examining and evaluating my issues gave me some recommendations all of which I found very reassuring. I found Dr Alexander to be personable and a good listener and he erased all my doubts about the surgical procedure and I decided to go ahead and get the surgery. Based on my initial visit with Dr Alexander I am confident I will be under the care of an extremely knowledgeable and caring physician.
I came to Doctor Alexander while training for my first marathon with a running injury. Doctor Alexander did an excellent job diagnosing my issue and provided me with stellar care. I was able to finish the marathon and am very happy that I chose this practice. I highly recommend Doctor Alexander!
